1JZ Titanium Exhaust Stud Kit

Description

Our titanium hardware is crafted from Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), offering an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio, exceptional corrosion resistance, and impressive heat resistance. Our 1JZ kits deliver a 40% weight reduction compared to standard steel studs, all while providing superior tensile strength.

All of our Ti hardware has been tested and put through the ropes on our own race & development cars. Both our SR20 powered S14 and our JZ powered Altezza have these studs fitted.

This listing includes a complete kit for 1JZ engines, compatible with VVTI (10 stud) and Non VVTI (12 stud) variants. You’ll receive all necessary studs, washers, and 12-point nuts. For individual studs, you can make a purchase here.
