Forge Motorsport Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Removal Pipe for VAG 1.9 PD Engine

The Forge Motorsport Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Removal Pipe is specifically designed for the 1999-2005 VAG (transverse) 1.9 PD engine with the following codes: ARL (130bhp), ASZ (150bhp), BPX (160bhp), and BUK (160bhp). This pipe allows for the removal of the EGR valve, improving engine performance and reducing carbon buildup.

Featuring a boost gauge connection, the replacement pipe offers additional functionality. If the boost gauge connection is not needed, it can be easily blanked off using the supplied short length of pipe. All necessary parts for installation are included, with the exception of the existing valve “O” ring seal, which needs to be re-used.
