The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is a direct upgrade for the shared 4.0 TFSI/TFSI-based platform found in the Audi RS Q8, Lamborghini Urus and Porsche Cayenne Turbo models. Designed to handle the demands of high-output driving, this kit replaces the restrictive original intercoolers with a far larger, more efficient setup that keeps charge air temperatures under control when you need it most.

An intercooler cools the compressed air leaving the turbochargers before it enters the engine. Cooler, denser air means more reliable power, less heat soak during sustained driving, and a more consistent feel from the throttle, particularly on track or in warmer conditions.

What This Kit Improves

Compared to the standard intercoolers, the Wagner Tuning units offer a 65% increase in charge air volume and a 13% larger frontal surface area, allowing 50% more air mass flow. The result is noticeably better cooling performance, reduced heat soak during repeated hard acceleration, and lower pressure drop across the system.
