Powerflex Road Series Lower Engine Mount Insert, 3 Cylinder & Diesel – PFF85-1822R
The PFF85-1822R Lower Engine Mount Insert is designed to enhance the performance of your 3 Cylinder or Diesel vehicle by stiffening the voiding of the original equipment (OE) mount. This insert helps to restore the level of responsiveness you would expect from a hot hatch. Crafted from our softest Red 65A durometer material, it is specifically tailored for Diesel models to limit the amount of noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) transmission. While a slight increase in NVH, particularly at idle, is to be expected when stiffening the mounting between the engine/transmission and chassis, the benefits in drivetrain control are significant. For comprehensive drivetrain management, this new insert pairs perfectly with the PFF85-1821R Upper Engine Mount Insert and the PFF85-1823R Gearbox Mount Insert.
