AIRTEC’s front mount intercooler for the Volvo C30 T5, developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ. Featuring a massive 90mm core and smooth-flowing end tanks, this intercooler has been tested and proven to lower intake temperatures, improving performance and reliability during spirited driving or track use.

Designed to bolt onto the bottom of the radiator cradle, it avoids placing extra weight on the standard radiator mounts, unlike many other alloy intercoolers on the market. The high-flow design also makes installation straightforward, with the kit including all brackets, fixtures, and fittings needed for a direct replacement.

The intercooler is available in the Pro-Series satin black for a stealthy finish, while an optional big boost pipe kit is available in black to further enhance airflow and performance.
